Order Text Mistake Policy
At TeeMemento, every keepsake is made to order and personalised with the exact details you provide at checkout. Because each design is embroidered specifically for you, it’s really important that all names, dates, and messages are entered correctly when placing your order.
We understand that mistakes can happen, so we’ve created a simple 24-hour window for you to correct any errors before your garment goes into production.
How to Request a Text Change
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please email us within 24 hours of completing your purchase.
Send your email to hello@teememento.com with the subject line:
Order Text Mistake
In your email, please include:

Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

A short description of the issue

The corrected text exactly as you’d like it to appear on your garment
Example:
Order Number: TM1234
Mistake: Name spelt incorrectly (should be “Lilly” instead of “Lily”)
Corrected Text: Lilly – Player of the Match – 10th March 2025
Important Timeframe
You have 24 hours from the time your order was placed to notify us of any mistakes.
After these 24 hours, your order automatically moves into production, and the embroidery or printing process begins.
Once production has started, we’re unable to make any changes, as each item is personalised and made to order. In these cases, the product will be completed and dispatched exactly as per the original details provided during checkout.
Why We Have This Policy
Every TeeMemento garment is individually personalised, meaning we start work on your design shortly after the order is received. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all customers, we’re unable to alter or remake products once the production process begins.
This 24-hour grace period ensures you have time to double-check your details while still allowing us to maintain our quick turnaround times for all orders.
